No matter Whatever I tell him, he used to put all other spices & happily tell me that it was exactly the way I told him.He has just added chilli or so. Its a simple one which goes well with morning breakfast(parantha or roti) or you can try as a side vegetable during lunch or dinner. U will need: 4-5 same size potatoes, 1 tspn turmeric powder, 2 green chillies, 1 tspn jeera, 11/2 tbspn oil, salt. Wash n cut the potatoes as shown in pic. they are similar to finger chips. Wash n keep aside. cut chilli lenghtwise.Heat kadai well. Add oil. Add jeera n chilli. Add potatoes. Stir for 2-3 minutes. Cover it N cook for 1 minute. Add turmeric powder. Add salt. Again cover it n cook for next 2-3 minutes. Repeat the process if not cooked. Garama-garam bhujia is ready to serve. Tip of the day: While cutting potatoes, keep them in water, else they will turn blackish. You can peel off the potatoes if you want. 26s COMMENTS
